Only the original files you upload count — photos, videos, and RAW files. Thumbnails, previews, and metadata generated by Fotante do not count toward your quota.
New uploads are paused until you upgrade or free up space. Your existing photos are never deleted automatically.

Absolutely. Cancel from account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Face recognition clusters your photos by the people in them so you can browse anyone's timeline across your whole library. It's a Pro-only feature. Face embedding data stays private to your account and can be deleted at any time from Account Settings.
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Fotante never stores your full card number or CVV.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we materially reduce the features of a paid plan, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your paid period.
